I’m a therapist (samtalsterapeut) and certified professional coach (ICF PCC) based in Stockholm, offering therapy and coaching for expatriates, couples, and professionals navigating life transitions, cultural change, and emotional challenges.
My work combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and coaching frameworks to support each person´s unique needs and goals - helping you move from overwhelm to clarity, and from disconnection to deeper relationships.

I conduct sessions in English, Spanish, Swedish, or Catalan, and I am available to meet in Stockholm or online.

Couples SESSIONS

My path

I am originally from Spain, and since 2003, I have lived in the UK, Belgium, and Sweden with my family.
Each move has deepened my understanding of what it means to start over — to build connection, identity, and purpose while adapting to new cultures and environments. These experiences shape how I support others through transitions, uncertainty, and change.
Before becoming a therapist and coach, I worked for over a decade as a lawyer, internal auditor, and management consultant in international organizations.
During those years, I saw how easily people — myself included — can appear accomplished yet feel disconnected, stressed, or unfulfilled.
That insight led me to shift my focus from external performance to internal well-being.
I trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and Transactional Analysis (TA), and became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Another pivotal moment in my professional journey came when I joined Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence® Program in 2020. This experience profoundly changed how I work and live, integrating neuroscience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence into a practical, compassionate framework for personal transformation. It taught me that sustainable change begins with awareness — learning to quiet the inner saboteurs and respond to life with calm clarity and focus.
Today, my work blends the structure of coaching, the depth of therapy, and the insights of Positive Intelligence® to help individuals and couples build emotional balance, resilience, and connection.
My goal is to provide a grounded, supportive space where change feels not only possible, but sustainable — a place where clients can find calm, clarity, and renewed direction in both life and relationships.
