Couples therapy
Love is great, until it is not…

neuro-affirming therapy
Individual and Couples therapy for people with a diagnose - or suspicion - of Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD
We work with difference, not deficit. Our approach helps neurodivergent individuals and couples improve their communication, emotional expression, and conflict solving considering their specific needs. We offer support, guidance and tools to help individuals and couples navigate misunderstandings, rooted in the different ways of interpreting actions, language and behaviours.
male issues counseling
No need to live a life of quiet desperation
Our amazing colleague, Vanessa Bandini, is an expert in male issues. She works with topics like “Not measuring up”, involuntary celibacy, feeling that you are constantly failing, shame, feeling tired of being “the nice guy”, of being liked “only as a friend”, wanting to break free from expectations that don’t align with yours, carry unresolved issues that you buried inside or when you want to open up space for expressing fear, grief and sadness with someone who would listen and offer support and concrete tools to you.
virtual health psychology
A diagnosis changes your body and it changes your mind too. And that part rarely gets helped
Living with chronic illness, adjusting to a new diagnosis, undergoing surgery or managing the mental toll of physical health challenges can feel isolating. Our online health psychology services offer English-language, evidence-based support for the parts of illness that scans and prescriptions don't address — anxiety, grief, identity shifts, and the exhaustion of navigating a body that no longer feels predictable. You don't have to carry the psychological weight of your health alone.
therapy for kids and teens
Some things are too big for a kid to carry alone and too hard for a parent to handle without help
Whether it's anxiety, big emotions that feel impossible to explain, school pressure, friendship struggles, or changes at home, children and teenagers often don't have the words for what they're going through. Our English-speaking therapist, Noam Krav, is highly experienced working with kids and teens in Stockholm using age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches that help them feel understood, build the tools to cope, and find their voice while keeping parents informed and involved every step of the way.
Methods that we use

-
Vanessa Bandini and Rossana Pettersén use Somatic techniques as an integrative part of Schema therapy. The somatic interventions are body-based therapeutic techniques and nervous system regulation to help individuals to process trauma and emotional distress.
-
EFT helps to identify and de-escalate negative interaction patterns in couples that contribute to conflict, distress, poor communication, dissatisfaction,, disconnection, etc. It is one of the most effective therapies for couples.
-
CBT is based on the idea that thoughts, behaviours and feelings are interconnected. It helps you to identify maladaptive thoughts and behaviours in order to replace them with healthier ways of thinking and reacting, making you able to constructively deal with challenges
